Children become eligible for the 15 hours of government funded Nursery education, and can start in our nursery, the term after their third birthday.

We have one main intake each September for children who are over three and eligible for 15 hours of government funded Nursery education and/or the extended entitlement of an additional 15 hours.

We offer 15 hour morning spaces, 15 hour afternoon spaces and a small number of 30 hour spaces for those families who are entitled to additional funding. You can find out more about extended funding here: https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare

Our Nursery follows our main school admissions policy. If we have any children leave throughout the school year we will offer the place to the next eligible child on our waiting list.

Unfortunately, a place in our Nursery does not guarantee a place at our Infant school. A separate application will need to be made for a Reception place via Admissions at Essex County Council, at the appropriate time.
